1. IDENTIFY THE KEY STAKEHOLDERS

            The first step is to find out who are going to be the Stakeholders in your Digital Transformation journey

2. BUY THEIR BUY-IN

            Once you know who the stakeholders are, make sure to team them up together. Discuss your plan for the Digital Transformation with them, so they feel included right from the decision making stage.

3. INVOLVE THEM THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS

            It's not about having an initial meeting and then forgetting about it. Make sure you include them at every stage, or at least at key inflection points.
